  1. No Returns Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our samosas, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up.

Quality Concerns & Complaints

  • If you receive an order that is incorrect or has a quality issue, please report it immediately upon receipt.
  • Complaints must be made within 1 hour of delivery or pickup along with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Refund & Replacement Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for late deliveries, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only if there is a verified issue with the quality or accuracy of the order.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as we prepare everything fresh.
  • In rare cases, if a cancellation request is accepted before preparation starts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
