1. 1. Minimum Order Quantity

• We accept bulk orders only. The minimum order quantity is 50 samosas per order.

      Order Placement & Payment

• All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure freshness and quality.
• Orders are confirmed only after full or partial advance payment, as agreed upon at the time of order placement.

3. 3. 
      Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is chargeable and varies based on location. Charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Customers may also opt for self-pickup from our designated location.
• We strive to deliver on time, but in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, late deliveries are non-refundable.

Minimum Delivery Time

•  24 hours from the time of order placement.

Maximum Delivery Time:

• Delivery will be made at the customer’s desired time (note that orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance).

4. 4. 
      Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
• No refunds or replacements for orders once delivered. However, if there is a quality issue, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

      Custom & Bulk Orders

• For large-scale or customized orders, please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss special requirements.
